Policies

In order to provide every guest the best possible service I can offer there are some basic policies in place to ensure things run smoothly, all guests are treated equally and my business remains viable.

BOOKING FEES
 A 50% booking fee is required on day of booking to secure the appointment. This will be deducted from your appointment but lost if cancelled within the cancellation notice window. No booking fee, no appointment.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHARGES

 I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. After this time you will lose your booking fee.

 No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of their appointment cost. No further appointments will be made until this has been paid. If you have missed an appointment more than once you will be ask for the full appointment to be payed in advance. 

LATENESS

If you are late to your appointment your booked service may have to be adjusted to fit the remaining allotted time. If you are too late for the service to be carried out entirely you will be charged 100 % payable immediately. No further bookings will be made until the bill has been settled.

NEW CLIENTS

All new colour clients must book in for a consultation a minimum of 72 hours before their appointment. All necessary tests will be carried out at that point to ensure it is safe to carry out the service and any needed adjustments to the appointment can be made.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to refuse to carry out a service I deem would cause detrimental damage to one's hair. I also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, showing aggressive / abusive behaviour or behaving in a manner that makes me feel intimidated or unsafe.
